License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is made by and between you (“Licensee”) and Kingdom Art Digitals (“Licensor”). By downloading files from Licensor’s platform, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1.1. Grant of License: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the downloaded files for personal, non-commercial purposes only (“Personal Use License”).

1.2. Permitted Uses under Personal Use License:

(a) Licensee may create physical or digital products for personal use.

(b) Licensee may create gifts for friends and family using the designs.

(c) Licensee may use the designs for charitable or non-profit events or educational projects.

1.3. Restrictions under Personal Use License:

(a) Licensee shall not sell, distribute, or otherwise transfer the designs or any product that incorporates the designs to any third party for commercial gain.

(b) Licensee shall not use the designs for any form of advertising, promotion, or any other commercial activity that benefits a business, product, or service.

2.1. Grant of License: Subject to Licensee's mid-level membership with Licensor and the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the downloaded files for creating physical or digital products for commercial use, up to a limit of uses per design based on the purchased membership (“Commercial Use License”).

2.2. Permitted Uses under Commercial Use License:

(a) Licensee may create and sell physical or digital products that incorporate the designs.

(b) Licensee may create gifts for friends and family using the designs.

(c) Licensee may use the designs on products to be sold on third-party online platforms, including but not limited to Etsy, Shopify, and Amazon.

2.3. Restrictions under Commercial Use License:

(a) Licensee shall not sell, distribute, or otherwise transfer the design files themselves.

(b) Licensee shall not use the designs through Print on Demand services.

(c) Licensee shall not exceed uses per design, based on the membership limit.

(d) Licensee shall not use the designs to brand a business.

3.1. Grant of License: Subject to Licensee's premium membership with Licensor and the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the downloaded files for creating physical products through third-party Print on Demand services (“Print on Demand License”).

3.2. Permitted Uses under Print on Demand License:

(a) Licensee may use the designs to create products through third-party Print on Demand services.

(b) Licensee may sell these products without limitations on quantities.

3.3. Restrictions under Print on Demand License:

(a) Licensee shall not sell or distribute the design files themselves.

(a) Licensee shall not use the designs for any illegal, offensive, or immoral purposes.

(b) Licensee shall not sublicense, resell, share, transfer, or otherwise redistribute the design files themselves (even for free).

(c) Licensee shall not claim the designs as their own.

(d) Licensee shall not use the designs in a way that is defamatory or that depicts Licensor in a negative light.

Licensor retains all copyrights and intellectual property rights in and to the designs. No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to Licensee by this Agreement.

Licensor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke the licenses granted herein if Licensee fails to comply with any of the terms of this Agreement.

Licensor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace the terms of this Agreement at any time.
